Hi Benoit,

How can we verify SYSTEM.DATA1 is corrupted or not?

In the past we faced same issue while restoring QAS from offline snapshot of PRD and at that time it was asking for consistent recovery of same file.

we are trying to figure out where the problem is-
> corrupt data file
> incorrect snapshot( backup)
> shutdown procedure( SAP,oracle and cluster resources)

regards,
Vishal

Hello,

Seems to me that your 'G:\ORACLE\RQ2\SAPDATA1\SYSTEM_1\SYSTEM.DATA1' is corrupted.
Your DB wasn't properly shut down when you snapshot it.

Did you try to do another snapshot to perform a second restore test ?

Benoit
