Dear Mr. Awnindra,

You can also use tcode FBL3N also. herein you have both options (clear items as well as open items). Select the open items and you will get all open item in gl a/c.
Now use tcode f-03 (gl open item clearing). Also u can clear ur open items only if open item management is maintained in gl master data of same gl.

Please revert if it doesn't help you.

See the actual problem is we have a *GL 161009 ED Rec Contrl A/C-Sa. *It is
a clearing gl a/c so it should have 0 balance in every period.
but users have not cleared postings. So it has balances. When we are
clicking on balance field its showing all entries.

Is their any way to get the list of only those items which are not cleared.
ALSO how to clear those items which are cleared but still showing as
uncleared ?
