Reverse the material document for the first 50 items with no accounting document as an imbalance will occur between MM and FI. Next check if the material type for those material is configured to Quantity/Value update for the relevant Plant in SPRO Logistic General Material Master Basic Settings Material Types Define Attributes of Material Types
It's clear your material type is not properly configured.
