[sap-log-sd] Shipping Point issue of service material

Hi SAP Gurus,

I have an issue with creating delivery on a service type material. Could anyone help please?

There were two lines on my sales order, 1st line is trading goods, and the other one is service. The first line has been delivered and invoiced. The line status is completed. The service material was invoiced, but not yet delivered, which leaves the line status as "Being Processed".

We are trying to close this sales order off. On VL01N screen, we got error message "Item 000020 cannot be shipped in the same delivery with the other items in the document because the shipping point is different."

Could anyone explain what is causing this problem and how to fix it please?
