Hi Jane,

Sorry if I misunderstood your inquiry, the ''Copy document'' functionality allows you to create a new contract with reference to your existing one. If you wish to maintain a central contract which shall be shared by multiple purchasing organizations, I would support Rupesh's idea of using Reference Purchasing Organization.
