Try to use FV60. In FV60, u cant input PO number. Use it just for budget, controlling e cash flow and approval workflows. Doest exist BAPI for FV60, so you have to use batch input for F-63 (FV60 old version).?

I have been asked is it possible to set remainders in PO/ agreements / contracts so user can get warning when end of period. As far as I know the Sap Standard system doesn't support such things does it?
