Hi Tina,
You may try the codes below for your dynamic action. This dynamic action only cater when you create IT0019.
0019 [subty] 04 1 P P0019-TMART='[task type]'
0019 [subty] 04 4 I INS,0041,[subty],[obj id],[start date],[end date]
0019 [subty] 04 7 W P0041-DAR01=[date type]
0019 [subty] 04 10 W P0041-DAT01=P0019-TERMN
For both the Date Type and Date fields in P0041, remember to change the field number (i.e. DARnn, DATnn) as required in your environment. This is especially so if you're maintaining other dates in IT0041.
Noticed that the sequence no is in interval of 3. This is to cater for any future changes where you need to insert additional lines for this dynamic actions. You can change the interval as you deemed fit.
You can check the [task type] value in T531.
