Hi Warren,
Just at the top of your main SO screen, under Edit --> Display Range. Options are All, Main, Selected, or Own Business. Perhaps your exit returns the screen with display range Main, which would mean that only items 10 and 20 are shown (not 21).
I know it sounds too obvious, but maybe...

Dear ABAPers,

As you know SAP cannot handle two free goods items a the same time. So I am using MV45AFZZ userexit to add the free goods items upon save.

I am inserting the entry in XVBAP internal table successfully. I can see the new line has been added. I am also creating a blank confirmed quantity line in XVBEP as well.

But when I go through my breakpoint back to the main SO screen my line is inserted as correct, but it does not appear. Is there a global variable or an index value that must be changed? See below for expected results:

0010 - M1
0020 - M2 (free)

Result
0010 - M1
0020 - M2 (free)

Should be:
0010 - M1
0020 - M2 (free)
0021 - M1 (free)
