Hi Tina,

To find the technical field name, in PA20 or PA30, place the cursor on the field and press F1. You will see a pop-up window appearing. In the pop-up window, click on "Technical Information" button (4th button from the left). Another pop-up window will appear showing the technical information of the field, which include the field name and table name.

Generally, the table name will be PAnnnn/PBnnnn, where nnnn is the infotype number and PA/PB are for employee and applicant tables respectively (e.g. PA0000 refer to IT0000 for employee).

I'm new to SAP HR. My question is that I only know the technical name of field and want to know which table it is and which info type it is. Is there any table in which all this information is available. I'm exploring the concept dynamic action. So here I've technical name but couldn't know which field and IT. example VTRAN. Thank You
