a)You can use time eval schema to reduce leave entitlement and generate a payment w/t. Following is a sample config to do this:
(i)In V_T511K - define a constant ZHMqq where qq = quota type with a value = the limit you want to allow for a person. If you don't need this, you can remove this part of the config as well as the PCR part below to check the max. HRS=FRqqC * -gets the balance for quota type qq 1 HRS-CZHMqq * reduce by the max allowed for the qtype qq D HRS?0 Any balance over the limit? * > ADDZL XXXX * -yes;generate w/t XXXX to compensate > 1 HRS*-1 UPDTQAqq correct the balance in IT 2006.
b)You need a specific criteria re: when you need to do this. For example it may be based on the joining date anniversary or 1st Jan each year.

So if an employee has 30 days of vacation and used 2 days - the time evaluation will give 28 days to a wage type and change used to 30 days. Just like IT 0416 but only in time evaluation. Please help
