Try setting the deletion flags on the PO and the PRs which exist. They shouldn't require actually archiving off.

Trying to change the valuation class of the material. There were PO of say 10 items of the material A. grn and invoicing was completed. Payments were made to vendor. So now there are no open PR and PO. in spite of that its not allowing to change the valuation class of the material A.
There is zero stock of the material.
Wish to am i missing something.
Secondly is it advisable to create a new material instead of changing the valuation class of the material.
Is there any report available which will provide me information in terms which material there are no open PR , stock is zero and where it is possible to change the valuation class of the material.
