Hi,
Try deleting SAP* as per the process in Wiki:
http://it.toolbox.com/wiki/index.php/How_to_reset_ user_SAP*
Then logon with sap* and Password PASS. Reset the password of DDIC logon to DDIC with the new password and reset to the master password then continue with the installation.

I am busy to install an ALL-In-One EHP4 for SAP ERP6.0.
I have nearly finished my installation but I have the following error Message BOX:
" test to logon to SAP System DEV failed. User DDIC in client 000 is looked due to too many failed login failures.
Solution: logon to the system as another user ans unlock DDIC in client 000"
With DDIC user, I tried to logon in client 000 ans also 001with the MASTER PASSWORD but I cannot logon.
I cannot logon also with SAP*. Password tried : "MAster PASSWORD , "pass" and also "06071992".
Somebody has an idea How can I logon in the system ???
To solve my problem, I decided to delete the user SAP* from USR02 client 000 but I cannot logon in SAPDB: I got the following error:
c:\Users\devadm>dbmcli –d DEV –u control,<MASTER PASSWORD>
Error ! Connection failed to node (local) for database DEV:
-24700, ERR_DBMSRU_NOSTART: Could not start DBM server
-24832, ERR_SHMNOTAVAILABLE: Shared memory not available
-24827, ERR_SHMALLOCFAILED: ID C:\sapdb\data\wrk\DEV.dbm.shi, requested size 260010, Opening shared memory file C:\sapdb\data\wrk\DEV.dbm.shi failed, rc=5.
Someone has an idea ???
For your info, SAP is running => the DB is also running
