Hi Pauline Even if the entitlement is in weeks, the unit for the quota should be in hours as you need absences of hrs to reduce accordingly. The abs quota in IT 2006 has 5 decimals. Yet it would be best to have hrs as the unit. Hope this helps Regards, JG ---------------Original Message--------------- From: MILTONPD Sent: Friday, September 24, 2010 7:56 AM Subject: Sickness Entitlement in hours? > I tried posting this question earlier today, but since this is my first post, I perhaps missed a step since can't see my question anywhere :o) Our current sickness entitlement is configured in weeks, but the companies we process payroll for, wish even an hours absence to reduce the employees entitlement. This would also be used for phased return to work/rehab programs. Can any of you tell me if this is even possible, or are weeks the only way to go, can it not be broken down into hours entitlement? Many thanks in anticipation | __.____._ Copyright © 2010 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N. Scottsdale Road Suite 280, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 | | JG-SAPHR SAP HR Helper
