Hi Nancy,

You can have the same w/t to be maintained in both IT0014 and IT0015. IT0014, as it's name suggests, is meant for recurring payment/deductions.

For instance, you may be paying the employee some allowance on a monthly basis. To do this, you will maintain the allowance in IT0014. Assuming this allowance is to paid as a bonus at year end (i.e. the employee will get twice the amount), you can then use IT0015 to pay on top of what the he usually gets.
