Did you check the ST_PI and ST_A/PI version. In the message of RTCCTOOL there is
the referenced note about right versions.

Hi Guys,

I have implemented all the missing elements that RTCCTOOL requested and yet when
I try to do the following for Solution Manager, everything is fine:


3. Click on the Execute icon in the Service Preparation Check row.
You get a list of recommendations, e.g. to import SAP notes which are required
for the delivery of services.


However, when I try to do the same for the Production System, there is an error
saying that ST-PI is missing.


Please help.
