Yes, that's what D.Caddick initially advised. Doing that has implications for the future. If the business never needs to identify individuals by their email addresses, then it's a viable method. Creating the Z version of RSCONN01 (or whatever name - to alter the email header prior to sending) allows individuals to retain individual email addresses and (potentially) fulfills the stated requirement. Running the Z version or the vanilla version provides for future flexibility. It may become your BASIS problem later on, if/when they flip-flop on that initial decision, so you may want to recommend the flexible route.
