Hello,

I think the MIRO invoice is checking that there is no SD invoice assigned yet through the document flow. It is expecting that MIRO is done first and these are then the costs for the SD billing.

Also check OSS Note 414742 - Error F5 512 during the billing document update. It may assist you, it is a change to the logic via program RV60BFZA. In the note it explains a further freight invoice is received later on after the SD billing has been completed. But note, the OSS note does say the MIRO invoice for main costs was completed before the SD invoice.

Lastly, since this is inter-company:
a). Wait till the MM MIRO invoice arrives before doing the cross company invoice
b). It seems via TAB you receive the stock, then ask the vendor to ship the invoice at the same time. Maybe you have end of month billing setup with the vendor.
