For situations like this, human translation is usually more appropriate than machine translation: http://www.globalization-group.com/software.htm

Mahiphanh is right that a quick pseudo translation can be useful to help check encoding and other potential issues that might slow localization. However, if your data is at all proprietary or sensitive, then your company might want to have that pseudo translation completed securely instead of with a free online tool.
