Hi For any country, most of the quota creation functionality is same - handled through time mg schema function QUOTA. It requires configuring the steps in IMG->PT. If an empl gets some abs quota entl on joing date, then IT 2013 would be required to be entered in the hiring action. IT can be configured in dynamic action or in the infogroup. User can enter the no.of days/hrs to be credited. Or if you use dynamic actions, you can use function call to determine how much is the initial entl and pass it in RP50D structure and the dynamic action can create the IT 2013 in th background. When the time eval is run (usually this a daily batch job), the function QUOTA will use the IT 2013 to generate abs quota record. In many installations the quota generation depends on a particular date type and a value. In this case, the dynamic action will also create in the background or foreground an IT 41 based on the employee's joinig date or some such criteria. These date values may also be created through a function call. Hope this helps.
