If its been 4 days that this has been stuck, its better you restart it from scratch rather than sticking on.
Before you do so, try to see from Oracle Perspective whats happening?
>> What does your oracle alert logs state?
>> How about sapdata space? Tablespace space?
>> If the /j2ee/cluster/server0 directories are created, check the logs there

Make sure:
1) You check the OS/DB requirements from the Planning section of the guide
2) Check any latest SAP Notes for the installation and possible failures.
