Try this: Create a new cost variant. Then create the new cost with a
10/1/2010 date.
On the Assign Insurance Plan Attributes (T74FA), create an entry with a
10/1/2010 date that references the new cost variant.
T74FA will reference the old cost variant through 9/30/2010 and the new
cost variant starting 10/1/2010.

I am trying to change the cost variant for a Supplemental life insurance
with a effective date of 10/1/2010---but keep the old information in the
system so that nothing will retro back. Please Help!
