Wow another system without UPS!!!

Are you logging in using <sid>adm

Try rebooting the server cleanly and then see if it restarts

we had a power failure and now our system wont start up we get error message in windows event logs

Faulting application sapstartsrv.exe, version 6400.304.16.53236, faulting module msvcrt.dll, version 7.0.3790.3959, fault address 0x0000000000053800.

we use Windows 2003 server sp2 enterprise 64 bit
SQL 2005 SP2
ECC 5
Kernel Patch level 304
