[sap-basis] copy from PRD to QAS

Hi Experts,
Am new to basis, i need to do a client copy from PRD to QAS as our SAP Version[ecc6] & db[mssql2005] is same for both systems.And when i check with the PRD data file size total of 135gb.but i want to do a client copy only one client 200 using remote method . and i check the client 200 with pgm:RSSPACECHECK, it shows 3.5gb of data file. And when i check the QAS server, the disk space is 20gb.
PLZ suggest me is it possible to solution to do the client copy.
