[sap-basis] Backup getting failed with Db13

Dear Team,

When ever we fire backup through DB13 i'm getting below mentioned error:

BR0278E Command output of 'LANG=C dd obs=64k bs=64k if=/oracle/QAR/sapbackup/cntrlQAR.dbf of=/dev/rmt/0mn':
dd: /oracle/QAR/sapbackup/cntrlQAR.dbf: open: Permission denied
BR0280I BRBACKUP time stamp: 2010-07-20 18.46.15

Now as seen in the error message it is giving error in permission of cntrlQAR.dbf....whenever backup is fired control file is created but it is getting created with root root permission instead of oraqar dba .

I had checked the permission of sapbackup,all the control files etc..everywhere permission is oraqar :dba
Also whenever a archive log generates tht is also getting generated with root:root .

Please look into this and try to help me.
