The t-code S_BCE_68001439 (Prgram - RSUSR100) uses the tables like USH* and USR*, however interestingly it doesnt use USER_ADDR so even if the layout has option of First Name, Last Name, it doesnt refer to USER_ADDR inthe program so it gives you blank.
