Hi Keith,

From your post I understand that you are new to TCode COOIS and wish to know how to use this report to extract production order data from it.

COOIS is "Production Order Information System". This is a universal and probably the best available report for production orders as it is capable of showing data related to all aspects of production orders.

You may fetch data related to the Production Orders for various heads like "Order Headers" (which gives details of production order), "Documented Goods Movement" (which gives details of goods movement that have been booked for the production orders), "Confirmations" (which gives details of activities booked for the production orders). These options may be selected from drop down box titles "List".

On the selection screen you have many selection criteria to narrow down your selection to the production orders you require like "dates", "statuses", "production order numbers", "material numbers", "plant codes", etc.

After execution, you may choose to add/hide columns by changing the layout of the report and save it for future uses, which is a general SAP ALV report feature.
