Hi every one

Selecting a WSR in IT 7 maintenance has no bearing with the WS generation.

To assign a WSR in PA30 or PA40, you need to have defined it in V_508A. From IT 7 screen you can go to Work schedule screen (if you have generated for the period; else it will give error message) - which shows the DWS each day for a month starting from the current system month; you can go backwards or forwards.

The WS is also available from IT 2001, 2002 screens for a given period - here it will also include any substitutions entered for the employee.
