You cannot do this. When SAP transports factory calendars, holiday calendars etc, it transports the complete set of calendar tables so individual calendars cannot be transported. If your calendars between PRD, TST and DEV are out of alignment (possibly due to maintenance directly in the TST or PRD system) you should transport the calendars from PRD back into TST and DEV to align them, then make your changes in DEV and transport through.
