But I thought you have solved the problem with:
ALTER DATABASE DATAFILE '/oracle/INP/sapdata1/temp_2/temp.data2' RESIZE 5000M;

I use 'INP' but for asking this problem I Just changed it to '<sid>', so the actual command I used :
ALTER DATABASE TEMPFILE '/oracle/INP/sapdata1/temp_2/temp.data2' RESIZE 5000M;
but error, and I tried with
ALTER DATABASE DATAFILE '/oracle/INP/sapdata1/temp_2/temp.data2' RESIZE 5000M;

Hi Yudhi,
The first time the SQL did not work was because you used "<sid>" and not "INP"

I want to reduce my temporary file so I use this sql command :
ALTER DATABASE TEMPFILE '/oracle/<sid>/sapdata1/temp_2/temp.data2' RESIZE 5000M;
But it gave me an error said there is no tempfile, or datafile, then I use this command:
ALTER DATABASE DATAFILE '/oracle/INP/sapdata1/temp_2/temp.data2' RESIZE 5000M;
And it succed.
Why my temporary file's type is datafile not tempfile?
OS : HP-UX
Oracle 9i 64bit
