Hi, That's a WM issue but it's not easy to solve it in an email because it depends on the way you configured your WM movement types in your system. Like you said, storage type 914 is used (by standard) against movements 261 from production, storage type 901 is used against goods receipt from production orders while 902 is used against goods receipt from purchase orders. Depending on how you configured the WM movements (by standard 261, 103 and 101 respectively), the system might have created transfer requirements in transactions such as LB11 that you should process and move the stock into bin racks. You might also configure the movements to create transfer orders directly (which you could see in transactions such as LT22, LT24 and so on) but it depends on how you designed your warehouse. As per movement 261, you also need to consider your staging process for production. In theory stock in 914 is the result of material staging and if you have something there, it means you have some pending production orders. These actions might be useful to ease off the situation but keeping the warehouse stock aligned to the MM stock is part of the job. I have a problem with material transaction LS24 (stock per material). When warehouse technician posting qty for issuing/return (261/262) & receiving (101), there is always hanging/pending "type" 914, 902 etc in LS24. It is normally happening when I am doing inventory counting, so bin location will be blocked for counting. Due to this block, there will be 914, 902 etc. I have tried to clear one by one by using LT01. It looks will be a hard work for me to clear LS24 every time warehouse technician posting transaction for issuing/returning & receiving materials. Hope you guys all can solve this problem.
