Check within the material MRP 1 screen, what is the Lot Size selection? Is the a minimum lot size for the material? It is also possible, since this is a finished good looking for an assembly, that the Assembly type, in the Assembly Order of the Planning Strategy configuration is set to Static instead of Dynamic.

I have component stock of 100 units and another 100 are expected to be received as PReqs on 07/01 and yet another 100 on 08/01. When I create a Sales order for 225 units, it creates a planned Order for 100 today (as expected) but instead of creating a planned order for 100 on 07/01 and the balance of 25 on 08/01, it only creates 125 on 08/01. Am I missing something on the config or is this standard? (I have checked that the sales order allows multiple deliveries.)
