Thanks everyone for responding. Our programmer was finally in and i had a chance to ask him, and even though we are using all the functionality of teh standard print program with a copy, they completely disregarded the print program address printing, by using another logic set to make the check address print, so it bypasses the configuration setting on the country name since we never printed outside the US and canada.

I have checked OY01 and made sure that the US country have the flag to print country code, plus i have an Address layout key in there. I have also made sure on the countries of the vendors are set up the same way, with the layout key and the flag to print the country name. I am using F110_PRENUM_CHCK form, and i have been online and they tell me that is all i need to do is make sure the two items are maintained. Do i need to do something with the form to change that, or am i missing anything else in configuration.
