Hello. I have some personnel who were employees (active: emploment status = 3) in January but were terminated as of February 1. We use CATC CATC (time leveling with email) to identify personnel who are non-compliant. That is, those whose recorded hours don't meet or exceed their target hours. This report is executed Year to Date. The desire is to only see those personnel who are currently active as of the date the report is executed. The fact that some personnel were active in January means they show up in the results as non-compliant even though they are not now active. I've not been able to adjust the variants to exclude those with a status other than active. We do use the IT0315 Required to Enter time flag but not for this particular situation. Has anyone encountered and solved a similar scenario? Appreciate any possible solutions.
