Hi
We follow the process to compare the role in development to the role in
production before analysts starts working on the changes to the role. We
also do maintain the description before any updates to the roles is done.
Both these steps helps us to ensure that no two analysts are working on the
same role.
You cannot import the role of the same name which already exists in the
system.
Thanks.
