Hi Aparajita,

To check the p-tax configuration, please go thru the IMG nodes as payroll-> payroll: india->Professional tax->check all the relevant nodes under this.
You can as well check wagetypes /3P1,/3P2,/3P3 in your payroll log to check any discrepancies
