Naveem/Tshepo - many thanks for your responses. The reason we don't want to link to WS is because the union activities are regarded as facility time and are not defined by the hours an individual normally works - part time union officials sometimes use facility time outsdie their normal working days/hours and the organisation wants to capture the full picture.
