Usually, if an error occurs there, it will occur with a red color highlighted and can contain terms like SYSFAIL. User ID locked e.t.c.
When you double click them, it will give you details about what and where this occured.
Futher doubleclicking can also let you know.

Once you get to know why it was failing:
a) If its an error you can fix, do that and let the process teams know. Preferably, you should not manually try to resend a failed trfc, especially if it is in PRD.

There are a lot of links online which show the trfcs error codes and what to look for.
You will find good research material on help.sap.
