You may need to utilize split valuation.

Hi Gurus, the business wants to value parts that have been repaired in house & in some cases repaired on the outside. Here is an example
We have a cylinder that is removed from service at one of our plants The plants maintenance group withdraws a kit from inventory to repair this cylinder back to a useable condition After repair, this cylinder is put in HIBE inventory. This part can be valued one of four ways
1. Cost to repair cylinder (parts & labor)
2. Original purchase price
3. Cost to purchase this cylinder new
4. Value this cylinder at a % of the cost to purchase new say 60-70%
What is the appropriate tcode to use to adequately value this repaired part when putting it back in inventory
Thanks
Nani
