[sap-security] How to hide field in infotype for particular user

Hi Gurus,
We want to assign a role to user, this role has reporting tcode that needs payscale grouping in infotype 0008, so we must give at least R access to 0008, but doing this has permitting the user to view the 0008 completely with the wagetype basic pay. So how do we hide the wage type section but still showing the payscale grouping, i've tried the screen modification but it affect all other user, i only want particular user (all user are currently using one user group and can not be change for other purpose). Thanks
