[sap-log-pp] PR for ROH & HALB without consider of current Stock

I have run the MRP of FERT then i got the PR's for ROH & HALB with current stock calculation. My question is, i want to get PR's as per the PIR of FERT.
Example: Suppose FERT = A, maintained with strategies 11 & Mixed MRP '2'. PIR created = 1000. And ROH = R, suppose current stock of R= 100. Bom usage qty = 1.
I don't want to maintain the Saftey stock also.
Question : After MRP run, can i get PR of ROH is 1000?
If possible then kindly suggest mt how to do it.
