[sap-basis] Which SAP tables are used to store information during User creation in SU01

Hi,
We are having 2 applications. One is CORE and the other is SAP. There is a project going on which saves user info., in CORE application and SAP application at same time rather than entering the details manually.
In order to save the user details in SAP, they are asking about the tables involved for storing user information.
In su01, there are lot of fields in Address, Logon data, Defaults, Parameters, Roles, Profiles etc., They are asking for SAP table which stores these information, so that they will use their tool to push user information directly onto the tables.
