[sap-basis] Issue in temse sp12

Hi All,
my production system is sap ecc 6.0 database db2
when i check consistency check in sp12 it taking more time exceeding 600 sec and raises run time error
so i runned RSTS0020 in back ground out show these which are in red colour
900 JOBLGX02060100X33361 1 The related file has an inco

now there is total objects in temse are 382124. where to delete the old temse object
we are running RSP0041 regularly
in spad also there is no in consistency.
please give me some idea on this
