Hello everybody, Please Roy do not mix two different things : local reporting (it means apply french accounting rules for tax purpose) and IFRS (information for investors and shareholders, and you right it's a obligation but only for companies which are on stock market). So Erdan forget the Roy's answer. A solution is to create specific acct which will be taken into local balance but not in IFRS balance. This range of acct will be use for all of your gap between local accounting and ifrs accounting. Could you tell me if your std acct are french one and alternative acct IFRS one ? I will help you to determine your accounting entries. Bye Nicolas ---------------Original Message--------------- From: erdl1005 Sent: Tuesday, April 13, 2010 12:13 PM Subject: SAP FI-AA: Capitalisation of FA in local ledger but not in IFRS > Hi, I have got a client in France who holds Fixed Assets only in the local ledger. In the IFRS ledger it is not held. How can FA be capitalised only in local ledger, but not in IFRS?
