You cannot have the same material number as a ROH and a HALB. If it is a
ROH now then you will have to receive it back in as a ROH. You also
don't have to have a BOM, you can just enter the component material
manually and accept the "recursive" warning message.

I am assuming that the same material number would exist as a HALB and
ROH? else how can I reference a BOM structure for a ROH type material?
