Thats a nice detailed question - however you would have been better of
typing in SAP CUSTOMER TABLE RELATIONSHIPS into google and choosing the
first result in the list.
You can also of course find out all those tables by doing F1 and selecting
the technical help icon on most of the fields (those that aren't populated
into structures first) or running a trace via ST05 when you access the
transaction - but those kind of questions need to go into the newbies group
not here...
So before posting please try and help yourself a little bit first...
They must not of course insert directly into the tables - you should use
IDOCs to load from external systems which will perform appropriate
validation on the data sent and ensure you don't end up with unusuable
customers in sap.
