[sap-log-sd] multiple cost center assignment to sales order

Hi All,
My client has a requirement where he wants to assign costs in the ratio of 60:40 to 2 different cost centers.
In the sales order, we only have cost center at the header level; is there a way to assign 2 cost-centers? In general is there a way to make multiple assignments of the same kind of cost objects to the account -assignment in sales order? Like 2 or more Internal orders or WBS?
I do not know if this falls under split accounting? If any of you had any experience handling such a requirement, any help is greatly appreciated.
