[sap-hr] Setting Validity Period for Quotas

Hi,
I am configuring annaul leave quota using RPTQTA00 report.
Every thing is fine except the validity interval, I want it to be based on hire date + 3 month after which the person will become entitled i.e if the report is run on 01012010 then for
employee Hiring Date Validity Start
116 01-01-2010 01-04-2010
115 01-01-2009 01-01-2010
In table T559V I have set the DATE TYPE with relative position 3 months but I am getting 01-04-2010 for both employees instead 01012009 for employee 115.
What I am missing can anyone help?
