I assume you have created parameters, standard value key and formula to be used in the work center.
Pl check the following config.
1. Parameters - OP51
2. standard value key - OP19 (Ensure parameter is maintained in this std. value key)
3. Create formula key - OP57 (Ensure parameter is maintained in this formula)
You have probably maintained incorrect formula or SVK.
Hopefully your problem will be resolved.
