Hi Tony,
If this is the case, then the setting in M/06 transaction with ''D" into the ''Manual entries'' field is the simplest solution. Alternatively, you will have to activate either user exit or BAdI to meet your business requirement. Yet, this alternative provides full flexibility where validation will only be made in case PO is created with reference to info record. Otherwise, no validation is triggered.
