i LOLed. Using this system, your ranking list for suitable positions (for Career Planning) or persons (in Succession Planning) will be reversed. Objects who are the least suitable for a career or succession plan will appear with the highest percentage/suitability. Those who are most suitable gets crap suitability percentage.
